Senior Country Security Operations Manager

The Opportunity
This new role will manage all security and enterprise risk management functions within the country. You will:

• Work collaboratively with global security partners to administer safety and security programs in a consistent manner.
• Serve as the country SME for all aspects of security including crisis and emergency management.
• Ensure ongoing protection of all country assets.
• Hire and effectively manage both a direct hire team and outsourced vendor services.
• Conduct a wide range of investigations while keeping individual rights and legal processes in mind.
• Supply insight and guidance to senior management related to audit and compliance.

The Person
An experienced security practitioner looking to gain further experience with a strong multinational corporation would be a great fit for this role. You have:

• Experience in either the public or private sector with a focus on security.
• Continuing education in a relevant field of study.
• Knowledge of how to work effectively within a matrixed structure in a large multinational.
• Effective communication skills across all levels of management and with diverse teams.
• Expertise with physical security systems.
• The ability to effectively document and report the status of a wide variety of security metrics.
