Do you have the experience needed to turn real-time threat intelligence into decisive action and develop cutting-edge platforms, all while taking command of a global travel risk management program? You’re the ideal candidate if you also have:
- GSOC leadership experience, including managing 24/7 operations, supervising operators, and handling global threat monitoring and incident response.
- Proven background running or significantly contributing to a global travel and event risk management program.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and programs in a fast-paced corporate environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Deep technical fluency with GSOC-related systems such as access control, video management, risk and travel platforms, incident management, mass notification, and AI-enabled tools.
What You’ll Take Ownership of in This Role
- Lead a 24/7 GSOC team that monitors global threats, manages alarms and alerts, and coordinates incident detection, triage, and response.
- Oversee emergency communications while maintaining and improving SOPs, playbooks, and escalation protocols.
- Optimize and integrate GSOC technologies to drive continuous improvement and support firmwide security initiatives.
- Own the global travel and event risk management program, including pre-trip risk processes, monitoring, and incident response for domestic and international travel.
- Utilize tracking tools and intelligence platforms to assess travel risks, monitor travelers, and deliver real-time alerts, guidance, and support during emerging threats and emergencies.
- Develop and refine travel risk policies, manage third-party vendors, and deliver executive briefings on exposure and mitigation.
