The Opportunity
This is the senior-most security leadership role within our client’s organization. You will be chartered with the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide security program that encompasses strategy, operations, emergency preparedness, standards, and policies. Your approach will address protection of tangible assets as well as intellectual property and brand reputation. You will be viewed as a trusted advisor and will work collaboratively with the organization’s executives and function leaders to advance a security culture consistent with our client’s mission, vision, and values. You will have management oversight of both an internal security team and additional consultants, vendors, and contractors. You will also strive to create a talented and diverse security organization that reflects the corporate culture.
The Person
Our client is seeking an experienced security leader with a track record of signification personal achievement in the development and implementation of multi-faceted risk mitigation strategies. Ideally, your background will include work within a healthcare system. Leadership competencies and skills gained through working in either a multi-national corporation or a public-sector law enforcement/ intelligence organization will also be valuable. A track record of garnering executive support, building consensus and demonstrating valuable and measurable results will be traits that establish you as a respected leader.
