Senior Director Safety and Health
This new position will be responsible for execution of the global safety and health effort. You will design and maintain programs that advance a safe environment and will work with regional leadership to ensure compliance. You will continually assess risk and ensure that protocols are in place to address any emerging trends. You will be the SME for information related to workplace safety regulations and will strategize to improve safety and health metrics. You will also review safety audits and assess investigations of any incidents.
This position is a terrific opportunity for a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and leader. You will have had prior experience developing international private-sector safety programs. Occupational safety training such as OSHA, NEBOSH or IOSH will establish you as an SME in this sector. A strong communication skill set is required, and you should also be an analytical thinker who can offer sound decisions to a diverse audience. The ability to travel internationally on a regular basis is also important.
Senior Safety and Security Director
This position will design and develop a comprehensive global safety and security program for our client. You will collaborate with teams located around the world to implement strong enterprise protection programs to ensure business continuity. You will also have broad oversight of security risk assessments, health and safety programs and executive protection. Complex investigations in support of the program will also be part of your portfolio as will top-level management of the organization’s GSOCs. Our client will rely on you to ensure compliance with any relevant domestic and international regulatory measures.
Senior security leaders with public and/or private sector international experience will be successful in this position. The ability to think strategically and build consensus across groups with diverse or competing agendas will serve you well. You will have well-established relationships with law enforcement and relevant government agencies together with a strong peer network. Team leadership across all position levels and the ability to foster winning collaborations should also be part of your skill set.
