The Opportunity
This new position is an outstanding opportunity for a senior resiliency specialist to have significant positive impact as a global resource for crisis management and BCP. Our client is seeking someone who can design and develop core protection programs and effectively advance them into standard proactive measures. You will consult with regional leadership to ensure strategies and training programs effectively target current and emerging requirements. You will also work one-on-one with site crisis management teams, ensuring comprehensive risk and business impact analyses. Your deep understanding of needs at enterprise locations will help you develop tabletop exercises and assist with any crises situations that may arise.

The Person
This role is a perfect fit for someone who has built their skill set while working in either the public or private sector. Analytical thinking is critical for success in the position, as is the ability to perceptively analyze needs and create solutions. You should be someone who can quickly establish a rapport with diverse groups across all management levels and influence adoption of new processes. Continuing education focused on business continuity and crisis management will be valued. The global nature of the role requires the flexibility to work across time zones. You must also be available to support any critical event that may occur.
