This senior leadership role will be responsible for developing a broad, effective security program for our client. You will work closely with organizational leadership to assess, prioritize, and enact strategic security and emergency preparedness programs. You will also audit similar programs at partner organizations and agencies to ensure they are equally robust, consolidating and streamlining resources as needed. Investigation of international and domestic threats and intelligence will also be part of your portfolio. You will be chartered with building strong relationships within the community, including local and government agencies. You will also be responsible for screening contractors associated with philanthropic projects, grants, and events.
This position is a wonderful opportunity for a senior security practitioner who has a keen understanding of servant leadership. Ideally you will have a degree in a relevant field of study, and your practical experience should include public sector work with a government law enforcement agency. Private sector experience should include broad knowledge of security policies, standards, and emergency planning. You must be a strong communicator and influencer who excels at collaborating with diverse teams both in the US and abroad. International travel is a requirement. You must also have a LEOSA permit.
