The Opportunity
This new position will be the company’s subject matter expert on all things related to corporate security, safety, and loss prevention. You will:

• Develop and oversee a wide variety of security processes such as physical security, risk and crisis management and travel security.
• Excel in leadership of the corporate security team.
• Identify technology that will protect corporate assets and implement enhancements to systems and equipment.
• Develop enhancements to emergency response and contingency plans.
• Develop relationships with government and law enforcement agencies to develop threat intelligence and monitor crime trends.
• Manage security operations for corporate events and travel.

The Person
This would be a perfect job for someone who has previous experience managing corporate security programs that address workplace threats. It would be great if you also have:

• Completed education in a related degree and/ or certifications relevant to the job functions.
• Corporate security leadership experience that includes the design and implementation of processes.
• Prior work dealing with event security and emergency response.
• The ability to analyze data, effectively communicate findings and gain consensus on resultant action plans.
• The ability to be on call to respond to incidents and can travel on short notice.
