Global Physical Security Technology Manager

The Opportunity
This exciting new senior role will be responsible for managing physical security technology projects around the world. You will be involved from the ground up and be responsible for project scope and objectives. You will hire and develop the project teams chartered with executing the work and select and manage any external vendors. Your internal customers will view you as a subject matter expert and look to you for current standards and future requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who always has an eye to what is next and who wants to positively influence the company’s physical security direction for years to come.

The Person
This would be a perfect job for an analytical thinker who has previously worked in a similar capacity in the public sector. Relevant experience gained in the private sector would also be a great fit, especially if you have worked in an industrial manufacturing setting. You should be a visionary who can anticipate future needs and stay on trend with physical security technology. An understanding of international business and the ability to collaborate with culturally diverse teams will also serve you well. You must also have the ability to decisively lead a broad range of initiatives. While the role is in Charlotte, North Carolina, you will be traveling both in the US and internationally to collaborate with any remotely located project teams.
