Director of Executive Protection
This new position will offer a senior executive protection professional the opportunity to design and develop a brand-new EP program. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to move into a senior leadership role after effectively managing a high-touch EP program in a similar setting. Primary focus is overall safety and security for principals, families, and senior corporate leadership. In addition to policy development, you will be asked to maintain a day-to-day interest in all aspects of protection services. Expect to travel extensively worldwide as you oversee advance planning, develop contingencies, and mitigate known and unknown threats.
Associate Director of Executive Protection
This is also a new position and requires someone to successfully collaborate with the Director of Executive Protection as an entirely new executive protection program is enacted across the enterprise. This is a perfect job for someone who has a strong background in EP and wants to advance into a more senior role. You will be a discreet and trusted confidant who protectees and EP team members rely on to get the job done. Worldwide travel and the ability to be on call 24×7 to ensure program standards are met are requirements of the role.

Both positions require experienced security professionals whose background and experience engender confidence and trust. You must be effective collaborators with the ability to adapt to the dynamics of standing up a new EP program.
