Director, Global Safety and Security
The position can be in one of three locations: Orlando Florida; Austin Texas or Seattle Washington. Relocation to one of these outstanding US cities is an included benefit.

This senior leadership role will be responsible for developing a broad, effective global safety and physical security program for our client. You will manage a team whose functions encompass all aspects of a comprehensive security program. You will oversee an international risk assessment program, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to protect the organization on multiple fronts. Compliance with national and international regulations will also be part of your portfolio as it relates to the implementation of leading-edge protective solutions and program. Strong relationships with global law enforcement agencies and peers in the security industry will ensure you are aware of best practices and emerging threats. Crisis and incident management is an additional function of the role as you work to ensure business continuity.
This position would be a great fit for someone who is exiting their career in a public sector investigative or intelligence organization. International operational experience in security planning within the private sector is also of high value. Previous work in a technology industry would be an added benefit. Senior leadership competencies are required to be successful at mentoring and growing a diverse team of security professionals. You should also be skilled at analyzing key issues and working to develop consensus among stakeholders. Thoughtful and effective communications skills will ensure your success in collaborating with all levels of the organization.
