The Opportunity
This new role for a senior-level security manager will oversee a broad portfolio of security services in the Americas region. Design and development of a security program for the Americas will include oversight of a wide range of functions including physical security assessment and design, crisis response, investigations, travel and event security and briefings. As the liaison between global corporate security, regional management, and external organizations, you will support protection of assets and drive awareness and support of organizational security standards. You will also focus on compliance with applicable in-country legal and regulatory requirements including CTPAT and TAPA. You will additionally oversee the activities of contracted security forces in the region. Domestic and international travel will be required.

The Person
This leadership role is a perfect fit for a security manager who gained their experience working both in the US and internationally. Someone who has overseen security support for diverse environments such as offices, manufacturing facilities and distribution facilities would be a great fit, as would someone with supply chain and physical security experience. Your background can include both public and private sector experience. Someone who is skilled at collaborating with internal teams and external government and law enforcement agencies will be highly successful in this role. You should also be adept at communicating with a wide variety of multi-cultural audiences including at the senior-most levels of organizations. Fluency in English required with Spanish the preferred second language. Substantial travel within the region is expected, so you must have both the credentials to travel and the ability to do so on short notice.
